Well written good scientific article. Relevant and interesting topic is discussed. Article dealing with results of the empirical analysis and proposes relevant feasible suggestions for decision-makers who formulate policies for the development of the Shipping Industry. Author proposed opportunity to optimize the structure, reduce the waste of resources, improve the efficiency of port operations, and promote the high-quality and sustainable development of the shipping industry and economy.

But some revisions to manuscript are needed:

1. The Author should make sure that the abstract includes key results with some significance measures and the conclusions which address the main aims.

2. Introduction section is overloaded. Author should carefully:

- state the justification for the presented study and why it is important.

- and clearly define research question

3. The Author should pay attention to the conclusions. Conclusion should answer the research question and be supported by the results or references.

4. Table 2, Units, please correct abbreviation ETU (TEU is correct)

5. There is no reference to Table 4 in the text.

6. The raw data of Tables 5 and 6 looks “boring”. It is not clear why a potential reader should see them. For better perception and clarity, add charts to the article based on raw data from Tables 5 and 6.

1.       The title is not clear what the analysis, evaluation or identification will be doing (2,3)

2.       This article does not specifically explain the relationship with sustainability which is the aim and topic of this journal

3.       Should add to the contribution to sustainability

4.       The results will be better if they are displayed in a graph

5.       Discussion of the results should compare the results of previous studies (270-320)

6.       Discussion of the results showing differences in efficiency due to the area where the port is located is not comprehensive. (sentences 280-284)
