My comment concerns the purpose of the work. Please define very carerfully the purpose of the work. Please also use this information in part The Results.

Honestly, it's a well-written work, so congratulations to the authors. However, the authors should first emphasize the contribution of this study to the literature. They are also required to write down the methodology of the AHP method. Figures and tables in the text are well explained. The discussion and conclusion sections are convincing and satisfying.
