Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

This paper addresses an interesting topic, and it is generally well-articulated. However, I list some recommendations:

  • Authors could consider restructuring the section 2.0 Literature Review and Hypotheses Development and justify each hypothesis separately, instead of grouping them.
  • H7 could be split into 2 hypotheses, indicating the two relationships mediated by GKS
  • Data collection and sample. I strongly recommend to provide descriptive statistics of your sample in a Table.
  • Conclusions could also have separate sections for: Discussion of the main results; Implications; Limitations and future research. Moreover, authors are encouraged to separate the theory and practice contributions to make clearer the arguments.
  • There are minor inconsistencies and reiterations throughout the text. A professional English review would be necessary.
