This brief review by Surak et al is well written. Some minor comments -

The introduction can be improved by elaborating on the mechanism for enteral ibuprofen use in PDA treatment. Figure 2 warrants a more thorough statistical and scientific explanation.

Dear Author, the issue of the manuscript is well documented in the last decades, but the originality of your explanation is the timing considering and reviewing to the scientific literature. 

The PDA closure is a routine evidence in paediatric medicine, the importance of a correct treatment, not only surgical but also medical, could be a potential improvement in clinical practice. 

I think the manuscript is well organized and written. 

I don't have any suggestions in term of concepts.

In my opinion, in the discussion or conclusion you have to highlighted the limited data in patients born less < 26 weeks and the future needs and studies could be done to support your idea.
