Dear Authors,
The present article entitled "Antibacterial, antibiofilm, and anti-inflammatory activities of Zingiber officinale extract against Helicobacter pylori" can be improved specially in the introduction and conclusion sections. In the introduction, the statement of problem is weak. You should mention how your study feels the current gaps and in other word, how your study is helpful to the scientific community. Regarding conclusion, it is too short and doesn't reflect your findings as well as your future directions. The English needs to be improved. Beside, the similarity by Turnitin is 33% which needs to be lowered to at least 25%. My specific comments are depicted in the pdf. In sum, this work can be considered for the publication after minor revision.

I find the study on ginger effects in Helicobacter pylori research interesting, innovative and of interest to a broad audiance. I believe it will add to the body of literature on the matter of HP infections and antibiotic resistance in this patients. Further, I find the tables, figures and literature excellent.
