Abstract

What is Ping’ou?? and ‘Liaozhen 7’??

 

Introduction

what is the purpose of antiporter gene AtSOS1? you did not use this technology in your studies.

write the level of salinity in your region with units.

Improve the English of all paragraphs.

 

Materials and Methods

write about the plant material

clearly write the number of seedlings, samples etc. to understand the stat??

what is the salinity level in your region?? and why you stop it to 200.

check the format of the write-up.

 

Results and discussions

Graphs are unreadable/not clear

other than 200 treatments, if showing salinity why did not considered in your results.

if you are treating the seeds, they must show variation in level of salinity tolerance. so, the roots of each seedling must be analyzed or all roots from where you take samples/seedlings.

Improve the discussion according to your results.
