The reviewed article deals with the topic: “ Methodology for assessing digital image of an enterprise with its industry specifics”. This is a very interesting issue, which is suitable for a detailed research. The authors offer in this article an original view on the investigated theme. From the professional point of view, I consider the presented information to be new and original. The article has a very quality scientific level and its structure is appropriately chosen. With regard to the professional content, this article fully fits into the concept of the given journal. Processing of the literature sources is sufficiently performed. From the theoretical point of view, the investigated problems are clearly and comprehensibly described. The presented results are very interesting and they create a solid starting base for further scientific research. At the same time, I am convinced about direct applicability of the obtained results in the practice. Globally, I have the following comments to this article:

  1. The abstract is very general. Please, specify in more details the results obtained from the presented research.
  2. The chapter Conclusion needs to be significantly expanded and reworked, whereby it is necessary to emphasize the obtained results, the conclusions and orientation of a further development.

1 The abstract is very general. Please, specify in more details the results obtained from the presented research. – We add results at abstract (lines 32-34, 36-39).

2 The chapter Conclusion needs to be significantly expanded and reworked, whereby it is necessary to emphasize the obtained results, the conclusions and orientation of a further development. -  In conclusion section results added at lines 651-658, 666-670. The further research directions added at lines 673-675.

Shortcomings of the article:

The pictures 1, 2, 3, 6 and 10 are of poor quality.

In the conclusions must clearly show what problems the researchers have solved and which results are better than the results of other researches. The conclusions should be clear and concise with the numerical values provided to support and justify the results obtained. The presented conclusions are not informative and do not summarize the results. Conclusions need to be rewritten.

In general, the manuscript is devoted to the analysis of opinions about the enterprise in social networks. Therefore, in my opinion, most of the links should be based on this domain.
Figure 1 is very blurry.
In line 381, the term Business decision making system is not used (DSS or BI)
The introduction states ": This study provides a framework for comparative assessment of key industry aspects of
the competitiveness of logistics services and logistics systems of enterprises in the informational
environment. "
However, it is not clear how the analysis of opinions affects the consumer's perception of this company.
There are KPIs for logistics companies. However, the authors do not show how opinions on social networks influence these KPIs.

1 In general, the manuscript is devoted to the analysis of opinions about the enterprise in social networks. Therefore, in my opinion, most of the links should be based on this domain. - The article contains references related to the analysis of opinions in social media: references 13, 24, 29 directly describe the importance of opinions in social media for firms today; references 17, 18, 19, 32, and 42 introduce quantitative methods for analyzing opinions and other information from social media. Besides, references 16, 20 and 41 describe how social media are important for the formation of digital image. Other references in this paper are devoted to the analysis of key features of digital image for modern companies, such as eco-friendliness and innovation which help to determine the most important informational components which are introduced in table 1, and to the current state of the delivery industry.

" However, it is not clear how the analysis of opinions affects the consumer's perception of this company. - Lines 134- 141 introduce how potential customers take into consideration information from social media when they want to know more about the company, lines 210-212 state that posts on social networks affect customer's readiness to purchase services from this company. Lines 218-2020 also describe how "word-of-mouth radio" has become crucial again for customer's perception of different firms.

5 There are KPIs for logistics companies. However, the authors do not show how opinions on social networks influence these KPIs. - Lines 449-452, 458-460, 466-469, 471-477, 483-485 and 494-498 describes how the introduced metrics can possibly be affected by opinions and other information at the social media.
