The topic selection of this paper is good, and it is closely combined with the vibration problems of underground powerhouses that are currently being built in a large number of pumped storage power stations. The author studies the vibration problem of an underground powerhouse of a pumped storage power station under construction by means of numerical finite element analysis. The author carried out the corresponding vibration analysis mainly through the numerical finite element analysis method, and obtained some instructive results for practical engineering. However, the paper needs further improvement in the depth of research and some specific details, as follows:

1. The content of subsection 2.2 is too cumbersome, and only some content closely related to the follow-up research content can be retained.

2. "3.1. Overview of Pumped Storage Power Station" and "3.2. Structural Material Properties" introduced the pumped storage power station in detail, but in "3.3. Structural finite element model", There is no detailed introduction to the material constitutive and load application methods of the finite element model, which makes readers unable to understand and reconstruct the verification well. Corresponding supplements should be made here.

3. In the refined finite element model including rock and soil, the boundary conditions of the surrounding rock have a great influence on the dynamic calculation results, so detailed supplementary explanations should be made here.

4. This paper studies the influence of the dynamic elastic modulus of materials on the vibration response of the factory building structure, but what is the purpose of the research and the guiding significance for practical engineering?
