Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

This is a comprehensive and well-written review on Australian essential oils. I enjoyed reading the historical points and anecdotes. I have a only a few comments/suggestions:

Line 124: Suggest "As it is also ... sturtii, this explains..."

Line 273: I am not sure that "literary Australia" is right term.

Line 331 and 810: Not sure that new paragraphs should start with However.

Line 747: cis and trans in italics.

Line 750: Extracted not extract.

Line 950: Suggest "... grown on mainland Australia and Tasmania."
