The work submitted for review is a report on the obtained co-crystal. The subject of the work is interesting due to the chalcogen interactions occurring between molecules, which have been successfully used in recent years as a tool in crystal engineering.
I recommend the work for publication, but I have a few comments that need to be considered.

- There is a lack of information on locating hydrogen atoms. Has the hydrogen atom of the OH group been confirmed by difference map analysis?

- No comment on the molecular interactions stabilizing the three-dimensional structure of the crystal.

- Please correct Figure 1. There are no ellipsoids in the figure, the molecules are in ball-and-stick representation.

Answer: The hydrogen atom of the OH group was confirmed by geometry. 

- No comment on the molecular interactions stabilizing the three-dimensional structure of the crystal.

Answer: Relevant comments have been added in the manuscript (line 49, 50).

- Please correct Figure 1. There are no ellipsoids in the figure, the molecules are in ball-and-stick representation.

Answer: The figure 1 with atom ellipsoids has been given.

Thank you for your reviews, we have check and revised the manuscript. First, the english language and style have been checked and modified. Second, 2,1,3-benzoselenadiazole molecules can form centrosymmetric dimers by short Se···N interactions, the explanation also has been given in the manuscript (line 26~30).
