After analyzing the manuscript, several questions and comments arise:

1. The authors of the article claim to have discovered a synergistic effect between the two substances, but this effect needs to be confirmed. For example, using the Coefficient of Drug Interaction (CDI) index (https://bio-protocol.org/exchange/minidetail?id=675846&type=30). It may be an additive effect, not a synergistic one.

2. Please add numerical values ​​for the observed effects to the article abstract. For example, indicate the percentage of apoptotic cells or the numerical decrease in viability, rather than using the word " remarkably".
3. Lines 105-106. The English here needs to be improved.

4. The Materials and Methods section is written as an experimental protocol, not a description of the studies. This should be rewritten in a descriptive format (4.3, 4.4, 4.5, 4.6, and others).

5. How are the flow cytometry graphs constructed (survival and cell cycle analysis)? What do the confidence intervals mean, and how many experiments were performed?

6. Please provide the hydrodynamic radius data for the nanoformulations using the DLS method. Currently, the manuscript only contains the zeta potential.

7. In Figures 2 and 3, the cell micrographs do not show a scale bar.

8. The manuscript contains numerous typos and inaccuracies that need to be edited.
