Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

It is interesting and well designed study.

Author Response

It is interesting and well designed study.

Answer: The authors would like to thank the anonymous reviewer for the careful review of our manuscript. Minor spell check of English language was done during this revision. Thank you very much.

Reviewer 2 Report

The manuscript “Cell-cell communication at the embryo implantation site of mouse uterus revealed by single cell analysis” is very well prepared and I think it provides new and valuable information about the molecular mechanism of mouse embryo implantation. The experiments are well designed and the results clearly presented. However, from my point of view the authors must specify the number of the bioethics procedure approved by the International Animal Care and Use Committee of South China Agricultural University.

Answer: The authors would like to thank the anonymous reviewer for the careful review of our manuscript. The number of the bioethics procedure approved by the International Animal Care and Use Committee of South China Agricultural University is 2020B078. It was approved on 29/09/2020 under the title of “A study of mouse embryonic development and the establishment of animal model(小鼠胚胎发育及动物模型构建研究)”. If more details are needed, please let me know. Thank you very much.

This number has been added into the revised manuscript:

“Institutional Review Board Statement: All animal procedures were approved by the Institution-al Animal Care and Use Committee of South China Agricultural University (No. 2020B078 approved on 29/09/2020).”
