Very good written review about Lysyl oxidase like 3 (LOXL3), its structure and function int the extracellular matrix and its role in different diseases and tumours . The authors discussed the potential of LOXL3 as a therapeutic target in various diseases.
Figures are very well illustrated
Some minor suggestions:
- all abbreviations used must be defined (ie, SNAIL,TATA, BRCA...etc)
- define : Human EST database
