Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

The work is important because it is reporting the obtention of milk thistle oil.

Although I am not an expert in the English language, I consider that the text should be reviewed by an english mother language person.

Main review points:

There are not figures and tables in the text.

Authors could calculate the yield of obtained oil.

Authors should complete the information about:

(i)             enzyme type (origin, classification),

(ii)            variables values,

(iii)          LC and GC equipments (manufacturers, column manufacturers, N2 flow to GC).
