Jacking-pipe construction has the advantages of high mechanization, low environmental impact and fast construction speed. It is widely used in the project of underground pipeline under river. However, jacking-pipe grouting under shallow burial conditions is prone to cause surface bubbling problems. Based on the jacking-pipe project of Meichong Lake in Changfeng County, Hefei, this paper discussed the mechanism of grouting surface leakage, and defined the relationship between the critical pressure of jacking-pipe grouting and the ultimate pressure of shear damage of mud jacket. Mechanical model of surface leakage from shallow buried jacking-pipe grouting was established. A general mathematical expression for the grouting critical pressure was derived and a sensitivity analysis was performed. A numerical model was established based on the background engineering, and multiple sets of grouting pressure conditions for simulation and analysis were set up. The results showed that the cohesive force c, the angle of internal friction φ, and the overburden thickness hs were all approximately linearly and positively correlated with the critical pressure of grouting. When the grouting pressure was less than 197.54 kPa the surface settlement increased. When this value was exceeded the surface displacement changed from settlement to uplift and the risk of slurry bubbling increased significantly. The theoretical calculation matched the value of grouting critical pressure from numerical simulation. The actual grouting pressure in the project was lower than the theoretical grouting critical pressure value and no slurry bubbling occurred during construction, which had verified the reliability of the theoretical model. This study can provide theoretical basis and investigation ideas for the setting of reasonable grouting pressure in similar projects. Full article

The rapid development of industrialization and urbanization aggravates the tension of human–land relationships, leading to increasingly prominent contradictions and a serious imbalance in the relationship among production–living–ecological space (PLES). The study of county PLES is important for guiding the spatial development and layout optimization of national land as well as promoting the integrated development of urban and rural areas. This can be made more accurate, comprehensive, and visualized by using a land transfer matrix, a land use dynamic attitude, and a barycenter migration model. Research results have shown that the spatial type of Changfeng County was dominated by production space and living space from 2000 to 2020. The production space area decreased the most, to 16.3044 km2, and the ecological space area increased by 50.175 km2, within which the single dynamic attitude was first positive and then negative, with more drastic spatial changes and the fastest expansion rate. The transfer relationship was mainly based on the transfer of production space out and ecological space in; the longest distance and most obvious change was in the center of gravity of ecological space in the first 10 years of the study period, showing a trend toward the southeastern town of Xiatang. In addition, population, the increase in the proportion of tertiary industry structures, and policy regulation are the dominant factors in changes in the PLES in the county. This study provides a basis and support for the rational use of land resources and the balanced and coordinated development of people and land in Changfeng County, which is currently implementing unbalanced development. Although a facile route to prepare AgCu nanoalloys (NAs) with enhanced antibacterial efficacy using Ag NP catalysis of Cu ions at elevated temperatures was previously developed, its detailed reaction process is still unclear due to the fast reaction process at higher temperatures. This work found that AgCu NAs can also be synthesized by the same process but at room temperature. AgCu NAs formation kinetics have been studied using UV–Visible spectra and Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM), where formation includes Cu2+ deposition onto the Ag NP surface and Ag+ release, reduction, and agglomeration to form new Ag NPs; this is followed by a redistribution of the NA components and coalescence to form larger AgCu NPs. It is found that SPR absorption is linear with time early in the reaction, as expected for both pseudo-first-order (PFO) and pseudo-second-order (PSO) kinetics; neither model is followed subsequently due to contributions from newly formed Ag NPs and AgCu NAs. The antibacterial efficacy of the AgCu NAs thus formed was estimated, with a continuous increase over the whole alloying process, demonstrating the correlation of antibacterial efficacy with the extent of AgCu NA formation and Ag+ release. Wheat Fusarium head blight (FHB) can be effectively controlled through prediction. To address the low accuracy and poor stability of model predictions of wheat FHB, a prediction method of wheat FHB that couples a logistic regression mechanism-based model and k-nearest neighbours (KNN) model is proposed in this paper. First, we selected predictive factors, including remote sensing-based and meteorological factors. Then, we quantitatively expressed the factor weights of the disease occurrence and development mechanisms in the disease prediction model by using a logistic model. Subsequently, we integrated the obtained factor weights into the predictive factors and input the predictive factors with weights into the KNN model to predict the incidence of wheat FHB. Finally, the accuracy and generalizability of the models were evaluated. Wheat fields in Changfeng, Dingyuan, Fengyuan, and Feidong counties, Anhui Province, where wheat FHB often occurs, were used as the study area. The incidences of wheat FHB on 29 April and 10 May 2021 were predicted. Compared with a model that did not consider disease mechanism, the accuracy of our model increased by approximately 13%. The overall accuracies of the models for the two dates were 0.88 and 0.92, and the F1 index was 0.86 and 0.94, respectively. The results show that the predictions made with the logistic-KNN model had higher accuracy and better stability than those made with the KNN model, thus achieving remote sensing-based high-precision prediction of wheat FHB. The spatial layout of the “Production–Living–Ecological” (PLE) function and the spatial optimization of the “Urban–Agricultural–Ecological” (UAE) pattern are the key points and difficulties in territorial space planning. This paper analyzes their spatial concepts and holds that PLE space is a functional space, while UAE space belongs to a regional space. The optimization of the UAE pattern should be guided by the improvement of the PLE function. Therefore, taking Hefei City, China, as an example, this paper analyzes the evolution of the present UAE pattern, evaluates the PLE function under carbon constraint and then determines the improvement direction of the PLE function and finally simulates the future UAE pattern of territory space. The conclusions are as follows: ① From 2011 to 2019, the urban space increased incrementally, while the agricultural space and ecological space decreased continuously, and the urban space expansion squeezed the agricultural and ecological spaces greatly; ② The PLE functions of four districts in the main city are higher than that of five other counties. After the carbon constraint conditions are included, the PLE functions of the main city were reduced due to the relatively strong capacity of carbon source, while the counties’ increased due to a stronger carbon sink capacity; ③ According to the normalized revealed comparative advantage (NRCA) index, it was determined that the functional improvement direction of each district and county are Yaohai District and Shushan District have comprehensive function as a priority, Luyang District and Baohe District give priority to living–ecological function, Changfeng County, Feidong County, Feixi County and Chaohu County give priority to production–ecological function, and Lujiang County gives priority to ecological function; ④ The simulation results show that 2025 is an important node for the evolution of the UAE pattern. The urban spatial expansion during the “14th Five-Year Plan” period will still bring great pressure on agriculture and ecological spaces, and then, the UAE pattern will continue to be optimized and balanced. Ecological protection and the restoration of full-array ecosystems is an important part of ecological civilization construction, which is a powerful measure to implement the concept of green development and help bridge the gap between the respective inevitable requirements of the current ecological environment and economic development. To solve this problem, a multi-scale index system was constructed to identify ecological sources comprehensively. The minimum-cost path method, the circuit theory, and the cyclic window search method were adopted to quantitatively identify the important ecological sources and corridors in scale nesting and pinch points and barrier points that affect multi-level connectivity. Furthermore, the specific optimization layout strategy of the ecological network structure of the Hefei metropolitan area was proposed. According to the results, if ecological sources and corridors at two scales are overlaid, the coincident area of ecological sources at two scales is 1719.95 km2. As important ecological sources, Chaohu Lake Basin, Niuwangzhai, and Wuding Mountain, which are important areas to maintain the ecological network, need to be protected. Ten overlapping ecological corridors, which are mainly distributed in Changfeng County, are easily damaged long term. As a result, ecological nodes should be set up as temporary habitats for species transfer. In addition, based on the circuit theory and the cyclic window search method, calculating areas of pinch points at two scales yields 1637.75 km2 and 434.22 km2, respectively, and for areas of barrier points yields 2182.75 km2 and 126.97 km2, respectively. The ecological pinch points at two overlapping scales among them are important areas for future protection. Due to the small and fragmented spatial distribution in the urban area, pinch points with an average size of 0.58 km2 are easy to be restored and will greatly improve the connectivity of the ecological network after restoration. Furthermore, through the quantitative identification of ecological network elements of two scales, the paper puts forward an optimization strategy for an ecological network in the Hefei metropolitan area from three aspects of “point-line-polygon.” The research results can reference decision-making concerning the delineation of urban growth boundary, regional ecological security pattern, land space renovation, and ecosystem restoration.
