Prof. Eleonora Nucera Appointed as the Editor-in-Chief of Sinusitis

We are pleased to announce that Prof. Eleonora Nucera has been appointed as the Editor-in-Chief of Sinusitis (ISSN 2673-351X).
Her term started in August 2020.

Prof. E. Nucera received her Diploma in Medicine and Surgery from the Catholic University of the S. Cuore (Rome) in 1982 and her specializations in “Allergology and Clinical Immunology” from “La Sapienza” University of Rome in 1985 and in “Tisiology and Diseases of the Respiratory System” from the Catholic University of S. Cuore (Rome) in 1989.
Since 2018, she has been the chief of the Allergology Service in Fondazione A. Gemelli IRCCS in Rome and a University Professor at the Catholic University of the S. Cuore in Rome.
She is the author of more than 124 scientific publications about allergic diseases.
Her main research activities include: diagnosis and therapy of respiratory allergy; diagnosis and treatment of food allergies/intolerances; diagnosis and therapy of latex allergy; diagnosis and treatment of allergies/intolerances to drugs; diagnosis and treatment of insect venom allergy; diagnosis and treatment of nickel allergy; diagnosis and treatment of contact allergies; diagnosis and therapy of chronic urticaria; medical therapy of nasal polyps.
