The 12th International Conference on Fine Particle Magnetism

The 12th International Conference on Fine Particles Magnetism (ICFPM) will take place in Bariloche, Argentina, from October 19 to 23, 2025. The ICFPM series provides an international platform for discussing the physics of systems composed of magnetic nanoparticles, their fundamental properties, underlying phenomena, preparation methods, characterization techniques, and applications.

The inaugural conference was held in Rome in 1991, followed by Bangor (1996), Barcelona (1999), Pittsburgh (2002), London (2004), Rome (2007), Uppsala (2010), Perpignan (2013), Gaithersburg (2016), Gijón (2019), and Yokohama (2022). For the first time, ICFPM will be hosted in the southern hemisphere and, specifically, in Latin America.
