Travel Award

We are pleased to announce the winner of the 2017 Inventions Travel Award for Junior Investigator, who will receive 300 CHF towards his travel expenses to attend an international conference in 2017.

The 2017 Inventions Travel Award has been granted to:
Dr. Reza Mehrabi, a Post-Doctoral Research Assistant in the Dynamic and Smart Systems Lab at the University of Toledo, OH, USA. Dr. Mehrabi has focused on the experimental and theoretical study of a 3D constitutive model under Multiaxial loading of shape memory alloys. His research focuses on modeling smart materials, additive manufacturing and biomechanics, computer-aided engineering, computational plasticity, and metal forming processes.

We would like to congratulate him on his excellent work and would also like to thank all applicants for their interesting and high-quality contributions. We also wish to thank the Scientific Committee members for their evaluation of the candidates.
