AI: Editor-in-Chief Role Available in New Journal on Artificial Intelligence

Feature papers represent the most advanced research with significant potential for high impact in the field. A Feature Paper should be a substantial original Article that involves several techniques or approaches, provides an outlook for future research directions and describes possible research applications.
Feature papers are submitted upon individual invitation or recommendation by the scientific editors and must receive positive feedback from the reviewers.
Editor’s Choice articles are based on recommendations by the scientific editors of MDPI journals from around the world. Editors select a small number of articles recently published in the journal that they believe will be particularly interesting to readers, or important in the respective research area. The aim is to provide a snapshot of some of the most exciting work published in the various research areas of the journal.

AI is a new international, scientific, peer-reviewed, open access journal covering applied research and applications of Artificial Intelligence (AI), published quarterly online by MDPI. We are currently seeking nominations and applications for the position of Editor-in-Chief (EiC) of AI.
The Editorial Board of AI, consisting of international experts, invites research papers and communication letters which emphasize and focus on significant advances in all areas of Artificial Intelligence research, including aspects of large-scale machine learning, deep learning, reinforcement learning, robotics, computer vision, neuromorphic computing, the internet of things, reinforcement learning, and other related topics.
Applicants must have a strong background and relevant experience in their capacities as author, reviewer, and/or associate editor of related journals. The EiC must also be well-recognized in AI-related areas of expertise. The main responsibilities of the Editor-in-Chief include the following:

We are most interested in active scientific researchers currently leading a research group, program, or agenda who have considerable prior experience in authoring and reviewing research articles.
