3. Point-by-point response to Comments and Suggestions for Authors

#Comment 1 of the reviewer:
1. The cited reference number 628 is wrong (P4, L182). Suggest to delete or correct.
##Response: Agree. We have, accordingly, deleted the reference number 628 (P4, L182).

#Comment 2 of the reviewer:
2. Replace the "(b) ICJD (c)and ISocJR" to"(b) ICJD and (c) ISocJR" (P6, L278).
##Response: Thank you for pointing this out. We agree with this comment. Therefore, we have corrected the line to “(b) ICJD and (c) ISocJR" (P6, L278).

#Comment 3 of the reviewer:
3. Face-to-face training is abbreviated as F2F (P12 Table 3 & P15 Table 5) or f2f (P17 Table 6), and it is recommended to modify it consistently.
##Response: Thank you for this valuable comment. We modified Table 6 (P17) consistently with F2F.

#Comment 4 of the reviewer:
4. Figure 1 (P11) and Figure 2 (P14) are not clear to read, and suggest to redraw.
##Response: Thank you for pointing this out. We agree with this comment and have, accordingly, redrawn Figure 1 (P11) and Figure 2 (P14) in higher quality.

#Comment 5 of the reviewer:

#Comment 6 of the reviewer:
Other review questions see in the attached file.
##Response: We agree with the additional review questions, that reviewer 1 commented in our original file, and corrected them as suggested. All revisions are marked in red as requested. The space between the numbers and percent has been removed for consistency reasons, e.g., from 61.5 % to 61.5% (P11, L437).

#Comment 7 of the reviewer:
Table 2 (P12) shows that the proportion of women in each group exceeds 55%. Please explain the possible impact in the article.
##Response: Thank you for the valuable comment. We have added another section in the Limitations (P22, L822-828) that discusses this: “Lastly, the largest proportions of participants were female (61.5%) which is in line with current statistics from the public health insurance providers on the uptake of stress prevention services in Germany, according to which 87% of participants were female in 2021 [132]. However, studies had also shown that women experience significantly more stress and that this pattern continued to emerge as a result of additional stress in the Covid 19 pandemic [133]. In this respect, women may benefit even more from such offers, especially since baseline stress also proved to be a significant predictor in this study.”
