The revision is a substantial improvement over the initial submission.  I have 2 minor comments:

  • Page 6 line 2: "were" is missing between "there fewer"
  • Page 10 eq. 1: It seems unnecessarily contrived to label the categories in b_3 "3" and "2" when no dimension is labeled "1" in that set.  Perhaps label them "2" and "1" without loss of generality.
