Introduction: Malignant neoplasia of the glans penis (MNG), represented by squamous cell carcinoma, is a major health problem, especially in developing countries, where prevalence is higher and diagnoses tend to occur at advanced stages. HPV infection, particularly with oncogenic subtypes 16 and 18, is a major determinant of penile carcinogenesis. Furthermore, factors such as smoking and immunosuppression contribute to an increased risk of malignant transformation. Diagnosis is based on a detailed clinical examination of penile lesions, supplemented by biopsy. Ultrasound, computed tomography, and magnetic resonance imaging are used to assess local extension and the presence of lymph node metastases. Methodology: This is a descriptive, quantitative, and retrospective study based on the extraction and analysis of secondary data available on the Info Saúde-DF platform, referring to the care of patients with malignant neoplasm of the glans in the states of DF and GO. Results: MNG is relatively rare. In the DF, 18 patients were treated between 2019 and 2025, with a prevalence of 65 to 69 years of age; in GO, there were five treatments, with patients aged between 25 and 64 years. In the DF, 12 patients underwent penile radiotherapy and no deaths were reported. Conclusion: These findings reinforce the importance of epidemiological surveys to support actions aimed at controlling the disease and improving care provided to the affected population.
