Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

Very nice paper.

I would suggest to include some additional CT images, including lung and mediastinum findings.

Also, images could be cropped (espacially MRI) on the liver to better visualize the imaging findings.

Discussion is, in my opinion, a little bit longer for a case report and could be focused on the findings, role of imaging and differential diagnosis.

Response to Reviewer 1 Comments

Dear Reviewer, thank you very much for all your comments. It is a great opportunity for me and my co-authors to be considered for publication in your prestigious journal.

Point 1: I would suggest to include some additional CT images, including lung and mediastinum findings.

Response 1: Thank you very much for your comments and your suggestions. We added two TC images of the findings you suggested to include.

Point 2: Also, images could be cropped (especially MRI) on the liver to better visualize the imaging findings.

Response 2: According to your remark, we cropped MRI images on the liver to improve the imaging findings visualization.

Point 3: Discussion is, in my opinion, a little bit longer for a case report and could be focused on the findings, role of imaging and differential diagnosis.

Response 3: Thank you for your comment. We shortened the discussion, focusing on the topics you suggested.

Reviewer 2 Report

Interesting paper. I would include a timeline to allow the reader to get a better understanding of when each image was taken and amount of time that was between each scan – presentation and initial CT and PET-CT scan, biopsy, prednisone treatment, and time from initial treatment and MRI, MRCP and functional MRCP. Areas for English improvement – lines 73, 130, 165, 211, and 241.
