I think this review is very good one on relief of nasal blockade with allergic rhinitis of stuffy nose type by surgical interventions.

Authors honestly well cited manuscripts with wide range of options and discussed enough, although no scientifically new information is there.

Ok to be published in Allergies as review paper. 

I really appreciate authors to have a time consuming job to write this review.

Eosinophils play a critical role in allergic rhinitis, the authors should describe how Surgical Treatment help prevent eosinophil mediated allergic diseases.

Mast cells and other immune cells also play a critical role in allergic rhinitis, the authors should describe how Surgical Treatment help prevent immune cells mediated allergic diseases.

The authors may illustrate the above concern by text and pictorial representations.

Please include appropriate references, and cite the latest papers.

• As you suggested:

- In line 46 we cited and added  Fig.1 describing the allergic flogistic pathway.

- In line 62, we described how surgical treatment prevent eosinophil mediated allergic diseases: Mladina et al in 78 patients treated with turbinate surgery found improvements in 90% of cases of  post-operative cytologic findings both in allergic and non-allergic subjects [15].

In line 65, we described how surgical treatment prevent eosinophil mediated allergic diseases Moreover, Cassano et al. stated symptoms’ reduction in 51.4% patients with allergic rhinitis [16]. In contrast, the authors found improvements in 42.8% with non-allergic rhinitis with eosinophils (NARES) and 64.3% of mast cells with eosinophils (NARESMA).
