In the abstract section, the authors used "Lean techniques the 8 types of waste,5Whys and Ishikawa analysis" in the second phase, but it needs to be discussed more.
Figure 5 needs to be updated.
What kind of gaps to be identified in this research need to be explained?
A comparative analysis table of the existing research using the previously used techniques should exist.
Empirical data and its results are missing in this manuscript.
Future uses of the current study are not discussed in the conclusion section.

Comments and Suggestions for AuthorsThe topic of this paper is the study of constructing and evaluating on an integrated management Systems preventive action model though an application of lean techniques. The author aim to develop a troubleshooting system of evaluating continual improvement projects whose method used to develop the troubleshooting system is based on Total Quality Management, where lean principles are combined with kaizen concepts and quality standards. The author proposed troubleshooting system with three development phases that first phase is for recording the details of the fault that has been raised, the second phase is for problem classification and the deeper root cause analysis by an application of Lean techniques the 8 types of waste,5Whys and Ishikawa analysis, and the third phase is for data base system and an application of kaizen philosophy by evaluating continual improvement projects as well as status report on the permanent solutions on the faults. The study resulted in drastic improvements hence continual improvement projects were evaluated within the problem occurrences. The selected topic of the article has some practical value, and the full text is detailed. However, there are still some problems, as shown below.
1. Picture and table issues:
a) The title format of all charts is uniform. The picture should be displayed in its entirety, Fig. 2 and Fig. 12, and reformatting is recommended.
b) The title "An illustration of Quality defects troubleshooting system" in Fig. 2 is not clear. It is suggested to change it to "An operating mechanism of Quality defects troubleshooting system".
c) The font ratio of some pictures should be adjusted, as shown in Fig. 9 and Fig. 14.
d) The font size should be consistent, so the Figure 5 need to be adjusted.
2. Formatting issues:
a) In abstract, Space spaces are required behind the punctuation such as "..... the 8 types ofwaste,5Whys and Ishikawa analysis, and the third phase is for data base system......".
b) The parameters in the whole paper should be in a uniform format. Several such errors were found in the whole paper. For example, the mark symbol such as the length of leave a blank space after the "·" in 3. Gap Identified section need adjust.
c) The Paragraph format needs to be adjusted consistently in 3. Gap Identified section.
3. Materials and Methods:
a) The chronological order of the DMAIC lean technique of activities that connects to each other from Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control. It is recommended to add relevant instructions or add a chronological order table.
b) The illustration of an over-view of proposed model development in figure 5 are not clear. It is also recommended to add relevant instructions.
4. Comparison and discussion:
a) The results of the comparison between the current troubleshooting system and the proposed troubleshooting system can be expressed separately. It is recommend to add a corresponding description.
5. Conclusion:
a) The advantages and features of the troubleshooting system of evaluating continual improvement projects.
