1.              The abstract is too short and should be revised with main findings.

2.              What is the physical sequence and range of roughness parameter?

3.              Authors want to simulate cooling of microprocessor but microprocessor, air flow and geometry is constant. Why? Please explain it.

4.              What are the major applications of this work?

5.              Describe the constant geometry but geometries are three.

6.              Improve the caption of figure.1.

7.              Include the range of parameters in the abstract.     

Remove the typo mistakes and English language throughout the manuscript.
