It is unclear how the examples described in chapter 2 Related Work are actually related with the subject “green building”.

The needs for the new method presented in this paper are insufficiently explained. It is unclear what the purpose of the new method is, what are the advantages over existing methods? How is this relevant for the subject?

Punctuation marks are missing, sentences are incomplete, many typing errors, in the text the format of literature references is inconsistent, references are missing. Altogether, substantial improvement is needed in all parts.

The authors should consider that they address an international audience, and avoid terms such as “national” because they are not clear.

Use the full writing when introducing the abbreviation the first time.

It is unclear how the examples described in chapter 2 Related Work are actually related with the subject “green building”.

Reply: Green building energy-saving technology and related economic evaluation system have become a hot topic for experts and scholars in related fields. The second section discusses the building energy-saving technology in the relevant literature. By quoting the evaluation results of different regions, this paper expounds the macroeconomic policy.

 

The needs for the new method presented in this paper are insufficiently explained. It is unclear what the purpose of the new method is, what are the advantages over existing methods? How is this relevant for the subject?

Reply: In order to solve the problem of resource shortage and energy consumption, this paper puts forward an evaluation system of technical and economic benefits of green building energy conservation based on analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight method

 

Punctuation marks are missing, sentences are incomplete, many typing errors, in the text the format of literature references is inconsistent, references are missing. Altogether, substantial improvement is needed in all parts.

Reply: Thanks to the reviewer's correction, the author revised the redundant spaces and deleted some unreasonable expressions in the text.

Interesting idea, and much work done.

Needs revisions in the following:

1- Identify the research gap clearly

Reply: In this paper, entropy method is used to evaluate the economic benefits of buildings. This method combines objective evaluation with subjective evaluation, complements fair objective evaluation and expert evaluation, makes maximum use of all basic information, and ensures the scientific effectiveness of the comprehensive evaluation model. At the same time, the reference standard of the evaluation model is the current green building evaluation standard and star standard.

 

2-What is your definition of economic aspects?

Reply: Economics is a science that studies various economic activities and corresponding economic relations of human society at various stages of development and the laws of their operation and development. Economic activities are people's production, exchange, distribution, consumption and closely related activities under the premise of certain economic relations. In economic activities, there is the problem of obtaining greater benefits with less consumption. "

Reply: Technical economics is a science that studies the contradiction between technology and economy. Specifically, it is a science that specializes in the economic benefits and economic efficiency of technical schemes (Note: technical schemes refer to an organic combination based on technology and composed of human, material, financial, transportation, natural and time forces to achieve a certain purpose and meet a certain need). Economy refers to the sum of social production relations. Economy is formed by people in the process of material production. It is the foundation on which the superstructure of politics, law, science, religion, literature and art is established. According to its activity category and operation mechanism, economy can be divided into three levels: macro economy, meso economy (quasi macro economy) and micro economy.
