Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

This is a well written review covered adequate knowledge in the field, I appreciate the work.

Author Response

Thank you for your kind review of the manuscript and your feedback.

Reviewer 2 Report

Authors have nicely addressed innovations in ferumoxytol enhanced CMR in patients with congenital heart diseases. Despite the fact that recent studies are limited - involving limited number of patients- authors have gathered and present the existing literature.

I believe that authors should perform minor changes, mainly to enhance the understandability of their manuscript.

·        A table (or figure) ferumoxytol versus gadolinium should be added reporting the pros and cons of each contrast media.

·        A table with the disease- specific features that render ferumoxytol a better choice than gadolinium for CMR imaging.

Author Response

Thank you for your feedback on the manuscript. We have added the two requested Tables (Table 2 and Table 3). We have uploaded the updated Clean version of the manuscript.
