Abstract
Highlights
- Self-esteem was found to be a significant predictor of life satisfaction among Saudi adolescents.
- Adolescents dissatisfied with life were over seven times more likely to report low self-esteem.
- The study highlights the need for culturally tailored mental health interventions that focus on strengthening self-esteem to support adolescent well-being.
- The study emphasizes the value of integrated, school-based programs addressing both psychological and socio-environmental factors in adolescent development.
