Other than some references being dates, this is a very well written manuscript that is applicable to current challenges in nursing.

Comments and Suggestions for Authors

This is a very important topic. Thank you for focusing on it. Overall, the article needs to be edited and rewritten for conciseness and clarity. I have provided a few examples and suggestions in the attached track reviews. The article is not streamlined and it takes effort to figure out what the author is trying to say. As mentioned in the attachment, the suggested teaching self-care strategies are based on Behavioral Theory as well as those included. As that is what is mentioned in the abstract, the educatinal theories should be more comprehensively examined. APA format is not followed, especially in citations and references. I wonder why other more recent articles on the topic are not included, such as

Comments and Suggestions for Authors

The work presented here is well-composed.  I find the overlaps similar to the findings in our US context from which I am more familiar. I note above references could be improved, but I do believe that in the present form the article is well referenced from your context and acceptable in its present form.
