Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

Authors try the identify the mediating role of green product innovation between, green entrepreneurial orientation, green transformational leadership and performance of SMEs.

The research area is very actual. The whole article is interestingly processed. The individual parts follow each other. The set methods take into account the researched issues. The stated list of resources corresponds to the research area, is appropriate and contains the latest knowledge from the researched area.

I have only few proposals for improvement  - to expand the conclusions with another areas for future research in this area.

I would also recommend to add the suggestions, on how the research results can be used in SME practice.

And also add the characteristic of the research sample - how many SMEs were addressed by the questionnaire, how many of them participated, in which sectors they operated, ...

The number of SMEs was already there, however sample characteristics have been added.

1. In order to improve the readability of the paper, the hypothetical symbols (H1~H7) should be indicated in Figure 1 on page 3. (Refer to the attached file)

 2. In addition, a figure indicating the results of hypothesis testing applied to structural equation modeling should be added. (Refer to the attached file)

 3. See the following article.

The pictures are not added because it would significantly increase the length of the Paper

Reviewer 3 Report

Dear Authors,

I find the paper interesting and well written, and here are my suggestions for improvement:

- The research model is not very well founded. In the paragraph before the table 1, the theory without ant reference is offered as the theoretical base of the research model. I suggest to present the foundations of the research model better.

- Table 1: I suggest to provide complete results of the EFA:  the % of variance explained, eigenvalues,; why items with factor loading less than 0.7 were removed? This is not the usual criterion; what were the values for communalities; ... only part of the CFA is presented...

- Including mediating effects is useful in interesting, but I suggest to describe why the assumption of mediating effect was included into the model.

- Conclusions: I believe that the conclusion is weak. Much more could be concluded based on the rich results of the research. What are the implications for policy makers? What are implications for management? Maybe also some conclusions for academia?

The Discussion in theory is done above the Figure, and sufficient references are already there yet I have added more.

Respected Reviewer I have used SMART PLS EFA and CFA are calculated in AMOS. I have provided; item loadings, AVE, Composite Reliability and Cronbach's Alpha which are normally calculated along with Discriminant Validity
Afterwards the structural model is analyzed for significance.

- Including mediating effects is useful in interesting, but I suggest to describe why the assumption of mediating effect was included into the model.

No Assumption is used to add mediator, however hypothesis are made to test.
- Conclusions: I believe that the conclusion is weak.

Much more could be concluded based on the rich results of the research.

I added as per suggestions

Reviewer 3 Report

Dear Author,

the yellow marked text suggests that no real changes were done, except in the Discussion where one of the view-points suggested for consideration, is addressed.

Respected Editor
Regarding the last comment where you instructed to add citations and support theory, that has been enriched,

regarding your comments for Eigen values Please consider that it is not AMOS or SPSS
its is SMART PLS and all the criterion that are required for Structural equation modeling using PLS-SEM are fulfilled.
