Review of electronics-1772378 entitled  Decreasing the negative impact of time delays on electricity due to performance improvement in the Rwanda National Grid prepared by Darius Muyizere * , Lawrence K. Letting , Bernard B. Munyazikwiye

Paper presents two strategies for reducing the negative impacts of time delay on power quality enhancement in a Rwanda National Grid constituted of synchronous and PV generators. One is based on fuzzy logic control (FLC) and the other on a modified predictor. So the scope of the paper is interesting. The research case is real. So this article will be vulnerable to Electronics journal scope.

Remarks to improve paper:

-> section 1 is very long (3 pages). Thus I suggest to introduce the subsections. It will also help to divide literature investigation and novelty of this paper.

-> in lines 117-118 "Two indices were utilized to evaluate the system's power quality: the voltage indication and the total harmonic distortion (THD)" is written. But please clarify which THD is considered THDu or THDi or both.

-> please do not use yellow highlight in line 142.

-> always use space between value and unit eg. line 146 " 0.25MW" should be " 0.25 MW"

-> in line 321 ". The simulations were carried out  using the MATLAB/Simulink program." please clarify the version of software.

-> conclusions must be extended with future research directions.
