Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

In this paper, Sentaurus TCAD simulation software is used to design and simulate NMOS/PMOS devices and their driving circuits. I have the following comments for the paper:-

1) Although models can be a useful tool in evaluating device performance, they cannot model exact device performance under all conditions, and they aren't intended to replace breadboarding for final verification.  So what is the take of the authors in this regard..? Can they validate their claim with experimental results instead of only simulation results..?

2) A comparison table must be included showing the performance variation as it will give the readers a clearer picture of the advantages and disadvantages of the compared techniques.

Reviewer 2 Report

This manuscript offers a nice insight into the MOS devices to drive Micro-LED, which is an important topic and has wide applications. The simulations were well implemented and only a few issues need to be addressed.

1. On Table 1. please clarify the unit for the characteristics.

2. In Figure 5(a), 5(b), 8(b), the legend is barely readable, please make it bigger.

3. In Figure (17), why is the current falling fast during the time from 0.02 to 0.08ns?
