Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

Page 1, Line 17, what does SPO2 stand for?

Page 2, line 53-55, about ‘a well-known practice in the East for millennia’, it is restricted to India only, maybe. Modern yoga only started being popular in the West and in the East since the 1970s.

the authors can consider to explore literature of the world-renowned popular Mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) program, which include yoga and meditation, have positive impacts for many cancer patients; and also compare generally the differences between Raja Yoga and other meditation practices to tell the audience the uniqueness of Raja Yoga meditation practices

Page 2, line 80, do you mean Roja Yoga meditation is used in this study?  Would it be better to mention this again in line 88-90 in the aim of the study

Page 4, Figure 1 shows that two groups are IGs, it doesn’t tell the control group arrangement clearly

Page 5, line 169-171, should add information about number of total sessions, also is there any guided home practices

Page 5, line 172, can mention the number of years the teacher has been teaching Roja Yoga meditation practices

Page 16, line 392, can add more information about effect size

If there was a similar study previously, why was this study launched?

Page 16, line 423, the reference of Martins, Domingues, Boiler, 2019 cannot be found

Page 17, line 460-462, should mention the length of the intervention

Reviewer 2 Report

This is an exceptionally strong article, with a solid methodology and clearly set forth goals and conclusions.

It is particularly gratifying to read a study that focuses on Raja Yoga specifically, and not generic "meditation" or "yoga."
