Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

General comments: Probiotics use can have a global positive effect on the health of agricultural consumers, reducing the risks of developing socially significant diseases, such as mycotoxicosis, cancer, and others. The topic selection of this manuscript is very forward-looking and the design of microbial culture experiment is good. However, many of the animal experiment designs are not explained, including the specific information of animals and the determination method of indicators.

Some specific comments:

1.In the introduction, the author should summarize the paragraphs properly, not just a few scattered paragraphs. The introduction should be a short 3-4 paragraphs

2.L 150-152 What was the animal's condition and was it wormed before testing?

3.L 162-164 The chemical composition of feed should be listed.

4. Statistics and analysis are not seen in your materials and methods.

5.How is weight, temperature, pulse, number of respiratory movements  measured?

6.L 240-241 Non-significant indicators may be given in the supplementary material.

7. Some of the content in the conclusion seems to duplicate the introduction. The conclusion should be short and effective.

This experiment is carried out in a frontier field of knowledge. Work with probiotics that act at the intestinal level always contributes something to science. It is a job that contributes and hopefully it will be produced at an industrial level to serve livestock with the possibility of reducing the use of antibiotics and other chemical products. Good job.

Dear authors and editor,

This is a good research. Research was well designed and detailed results were presented. Some suggestions are needed, which I hope will help you whit your work.

1. In the abstract section include more information about the obtained results and conclusion.

2. You need ,, to build up,, your introduction stating the problem, gap, research questions, aim, specific objectives and your contribution to academia. This means that you have to state very clearly the aim and specific objectives, which one by one you will answer and discuss in the paper and which are based on the gaps in academia which you have found.

3. In the Material and Methods sections I recommend the author to mention the motivation for choosing the researched sample.

4. The article is rich in research data. Please compare your research with other authors research

5. The language should be revised in some points. Pleas make the paper read by a native English speaker

Best regards
