- Articles focusing exclusively on other symptoms [e.g., chest pain, dyspnea].
- Studies including vertigo caused by confirmed vestibular pathologies, unrelated to AF.
- Cases without extractable data on symptomatology.
- Articles published in languages without available translation.
- Reviews, editorials, opinion papers.
