The author presented research Evaluating and Ranking SCPMS Enablers using ISM and 2 SWARA. The topic is interesting and has its merits. 

The author should introduce a clear example or examples to demonstrate the approach. Also, it will be interesting to compare and contrast this approach with similar.

The author should present the limitation of the study as well as the direction of ] future research.

It is clear that supply chain performance is one of the most critical issues in various industries.  In the last two years, several frameworks and systems have been developed. Although the supply chain performance measurement system is not a new concept it will be interesting if the authors could compare drawbacks of existing performance measurement system.

What is real need to improve and upgrade existing systems. How you can relate it with the most popular approach such perspective-based, followed by the process-based and hierarchical-based approaches.

Authors also need to justify approach for identification of indicators (do they apply to all industries and sizes of companies no meter of the field). It would be interesting to compare and contrast these enablers for different sizes companies and different industries. MICMAC analysis is used to classify the factors and validate the interpretive structural model factors.  What is a position of performance based factors.. Could the other methods may be used instead of SWARA.

Finnaly, what are the real benefits to Top managers, who implement this system.

This topic is very appropriate. Supply chain issues are currently crippling our economy. So the assessment of the quality of supply chains and the cause and effect relationship of supply chain issues is critical. This paper addresses that very effectively. More work needs to be done, but this paper is a good start.
