The manuscript is written well but some queries arise.

Queries

1.      Comparative analysis part is absent. Authors should compare their proposed study with others in related topics.

2.      Is it possible to assume fuzzy data in different forms like triangular / trapezoidal / spherical in this study? Is it possible to consider this problem in neutrosophic environment?

3.      Authors should clearly mention the disadvantages of this proposed study in conclusion part.

4.      Is it possible to map this study using fuzzy image processing? Basically, multi-cell cooperative control algorithm is studied here on fuzzy brain emotional learning.  Why not on fuzzy image processing?

5.      Authors should check the whole manuscript for any grammatical errors.
