I have reviewed the manuscript " SRRI methodology to quantify the Seismic Resilience of Road Infrastructures." by Davide Forcellini. A procedure is proposed to include direct and indirect losses based on a probability-based approaches inside the definition of the seismic resilience of road infrastructure. The proposed formulation is applied to a case study that investigates a road network consisting of two interdependent infrastructures. This is a very very interesting study and needs some revisions to be published in Applied Sciences. Here are my comments.
(1) Please, revise some typos.
(2) In the introduction, literature review is not sufficient, and some references about Seismic Resilience of Infrastructures are suggested to be added to provide the gap analysis leading to the hypothesis of this research. Several papers on the Seismic Resilience of Infrastructures are suggested to add in the reference list.

(3) Some or maybe all figures need improvement. For example in Figure.3 or 5 the fonts are small making the figure unclear. A minimum font size of 8 in all figures should be used. It is recommended to use only high-quality figures.
(4) Please, add a list of symbols at the end of this paper to make it easier to find the various symbols.
(5) Line 149, did you consider the idle time before the start of repair work?
(6) Line 161, could you provide more information about the derivation of the function Q(t), as it is related to the calculation of resilience index.
(7) Line 232, Please Justify the choice of PGA as reference intensity measure parameter.
(8) Line 319, the discussion of Figure 5 should be presented with solid reasons.
(9) Line 428, Please check the format of Reference 21, and also check other references.
(10) Line 321 or 336, ‘Figure 6 show..’ should be revised as ‘Figure 6 shows..’
(11) Could you provide some practical guidance to apply the proposed method in the engineering application?
(12) The conclusions should be re-summarized and refined.

The manuscript proposes a SRRI methodology to quantify the Seismic Resilience of Road Infrastructures. The paper is understandable and easy to follow. However i have two propositions
1 Please indicate details and literature about the Fiber Force Based Element. Refer to works from Spacone Filippou and Papadrakakis
2 Please explain why soil structure interaction is neglected. Also mention that despite the neglection of this there is a high impact on your methodology due to uncertainties of soil and cite
