An Innovative Process Design Model for Machined Surface Error Distribution Consistency in High-Efficiency Milling
Round 1
Reviewer 1 Report
1) Throughout the paper english wording needs to be checked as it seems to be paraphrased by software.
eg. The consequence is that the consistency of the error
distribution machining surface is reduced, domestic and foreign scholars etc.
2) Reason for choosing mentioned machine parameters are not well explained. why in particular feed and rpm.

Dear authors,
you did a good job, but my remarks are as follows:
Figures 1-6, 9, 11, should be a larger so that all text and marks could be clearly visible.
In Table 8, for titanium content I suggest to use a balance or rest, not margin.
What is the origin of titanium alloy? Is it casted or sintered?
You should confront obtained results with results from other researchers dealing with similar issue.
Best regards

The authors presented an article about “a design model for high efficiency the machined surface error distribution consistency”. I think the paper appropriate for Applied Sciences journal but, it should be re-organized in order to be ready for publication.
1. Demonstrate in the abstract novelty, practical significance.. Abstract should be expanded sentences related to the results. The results of the study should be given as numerical percentages.
2. The introduction part is well-organized yet there is a reference problem. First, your reference list contains a few papers from Applied Sciences journal. If your work is convenient for this journal’s context then there are many references from this journal. Secondly, cited sources should be primary ones. Namely, indexed area shows the power of a paper and directly your paper’s reliability. Please make regulations in this direction. The last point is that there can be more references related to sustainability and sustainable machining. The following articles can be helpful for the improvement:
* Experimental study and analysis of machinability characteristics of metal matrix composites during drilling
"A state-of-the-art review on sensors and signal processing systems in mechanical machining processes" " Artificial intelligence systems for tool condition monitoring in machining: analysis and critical review "
3. It is necessary to give quantitative and qualitative indicators of the proposed method in conclusion. Conclusions should be written in more detail adding numeric data. Conclusions section is inadequate. There should be the importance of the study in detail, comparison results with other approaches in literature, the success of the prediction and computational results.
4. Figure 6 is hard to read. It can be more readable.
5. Results and discussion and conclusion parts are inadequate according to citation and analyze in detail.
6. Improve the results and discussion and conclusion parts.
7. There are typographical and eventual language problems in paper.
