The authors presented the assessment of the flexion relaxation phenomenon in axial spondyloarthritis (axSpA) patients. The research showed an abnormal flexion/relaxation phenomenon in axSpA patients when compared with controls.

They concluded that sEMG could be an additional objective tool in the evaluation of axSpA-patient function and disease activity status.

The topic is very interesting, new and important.

The presented research is comprehensive and precise.
