It is impressive the pesentation of so large spectrum of heart imaging results with electrocardiographic and laboratory tests useful to stress the importance of a comprhensive approach.

I suggest just to revise for a minor spell check.

The manuscript is well written, data presentated are detailed and the related literature is extensively discussed and cited in the discussion section. The presence of detailed Lab and imaging data nicely fits with the aim of Diagnostics.
