Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

I would suggest the authors make a few formal edits:

·       Variables in the text are sometimes above the line.

·       The equations are not aligned.

In terms of content, it would be appropriate:

·       To add a chapter „Research limitations“.

·       To emphasize the aspect of sustainability as whole paper devotes attention to non-renewable resources. and add other international sources from the point of view of the sustainability of agricultural production to the introduction (etc. „Seeman, T., Šrédl, K., Prášilová, M., Svoboda, R.  The Price of Farmland as a Factor in the Sustainable Development of Czech Agriculture (A Case Study). Sustainability, 2020, vol. 12, no. 14.“ or „Lence, S.H. Farmland Prices: Is This Time Different? APPLIED ECONOMIC PERSPECTIVES AND POLICY, 2014, vol. 36, no. 4, pp 577-603“ or citation from Land journal).

Otherwise, I suggest the paper for publication.

Reviewer 2 Report

The paper is updated, the abstract presents in a well defined manner the author's objectives. In the article, the model should be explained more clearly, as the abstract presents it, and also to mention how the local financial market can influence the objectives stated previously in the abstract. The final conclusion should be more specific, including to whom it may be helpful the information and how they influence the newly appeared agricultural organizations. There, it should be also included the paper's limitations.

For example, the author's instructions are not respected:  In the text, reference numbers should be placed in square brackets [ ], and placed before the punctuation; for example [1], [1–3] or [1,3.
