Comments and Suggestions for Authors

I agree with Dr. Gucer and Dunnebacke's Letter in that the presence of ITC should not lead to upstaging patients to stage IIIC. The AJCC 8th ed staging manual states that ITCs should be reported as pN0(i+) but do not affect overall staging (https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/29540290/ - published in 2018, before study commencement).
