1: There is a number of floating PV systems used for electricity generation over the world, especially in China, the literature review on floating PV system, water pumping and irrigation is not sufficient.
2：Content (such as lines 117 to 129, 163-231) that is not relevant to the PV system investigated in this work should be compressed or deleted.
3: The work as a research paper is inadequate, but may be possible for publication as a technic note after a major modifiaction
