Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

The paper is a good example of a systematic literature review in one of the most thriving fields of the current managerial studies - HRM practices with an emphasis on sustainability. The dataset and methods are aligned. In general, the research is well-designed. However, some drawbacks should be considered by the authors before publication. (1) the start of the data collection is totally incomprehensive. See sentence in lines 103 - 113 - it is too long and has no sense. It should be divided and carefully checked. (2) the final section (5) is too generalized. As a consequence, the authors' contribution remains unclear. It is worth stressing the scientific novelty of the approach and highlighting more clearly the possibilities of the results usage for performance and other business results management based on the improvement of HRM practices. I suppose it can be continued in further research based on empirical studies. In any case, section 5 should be divided on Conclusion (including the novelty of the contribution) and Limitation and future research. 3) the limitation highlighted in lines 619 - 620 is implausible. HRM is the domain of management studies. 4) some technical gaps or typos occur. The keywords should be given with commas, without abbreviations and hyphens; several times the authors use capital letters where they are superfluous after the semicolon or other punctuation sign (see, for instance, lines 94, 96, 406, 436, 458, 605). Instead, the title of paragraph 2.2 starts from the small letter.

Author Response

(1) the start of the data collection is totally incomprehensive. See sentence in lines 103 - 113 - it is too long and has no sense. It should be divided and carefully checked.

* We have divided the paragraphs and rephrased them more clearly.

(2) the final section (5) is too generalized. Consequently, the authors' contribution remains unclear.

*We have elaborated more on the contributions and added your rich comment, in addition to dividing Conclusions, Contributions, Limitations, and Future Research into sub-headings to define and clarify them better.

(3) the limitation highlighted in lines 619 - 620 is implausible. HRM is the domain of management studies.

* Yes, green human resource management is closely related to management and business. However, when you search for this broad term and do not specify the subject area, you will find many results that appear to you within the scope of Environmental Science, Energy, Decision Sciences, Economics, Econometrics and Finance.... etc.

To make sure of this, a link has been attached to one of the publishers for example (ScienceDirest), you will find that the number of search results has changed. https://www.sciencedirect.com/search?tak=green%20human%20resource%20management&qs=green%20human%20resource%20management&lastSelectedFacet=subjectAreas

(4) some technical gaps or typos occur.

*Technical gaps or typos occur have been addressed

Reviewer 2 Report

Because the subject matter is complex, it would be helpful to simplify the language use and sentence structure.  For example, "Second," should not be after a semi-colon, but should start a new sentence.  The paper should also be read for correct use of words.  For example, on page 2, is the contribution of this paper really 'marginal'?  Financial Technology is very important,  especially as Artificial Intelligence develops.  There not many current references.  If there are so few, then the research is even more important.

Author Response

1-Language usage and sentence structure have been simplified.
2- We have elaborated more on the contributions and added your rich comment, in addition to dividing Conclusions, Contributions, Limitations, and Future Research into sub-headings to define and clarify them better.
3-Regarding Financial Technology, mainly as Artificial Intelligence develops. It is one of the important and new topics, but we did not find research in the scope of our research related to artificial intelligence in the scope of our research. May be the reason for this  that the scope of the research was limited only to management and business.

Reviewer 3 Report

The methodology of the article is well-crafted. He has no objections to methodology and interpretation. The content of the article is a meta-analysis. It is necessary to hope that the produced contribution will be beneficial to other scientists.
