The reviewer recommends major revision. This is a very good topic that fits the scope of the journal and reflect current trends in the management discipline. However, the manuscript is not very well written. The readability is quite low, and many sentences are confusing.

Round 2

Reviewer 3 Report

The paper has been improved insignificantly in terms of the content improvement, and the suggestions given.

Still very difficult to read due to poor english.

Chinese tourism firms continous to be a confusing term. It is not important that they are chinese. Those are just tourism firms in Saudi Arabia.

China related aspect can be expressed in the demographics part either as market which they are serving or employee nationality structure. Only If your context is culturally significant then you shoud introduce this variable into the research model.

There are missing figures of tested model, measurment model *CFA, and structural model. Multicolinearity?
