After reviewing your paper I found it interesting. However, even though the paper is well structured, I think it is out-of-scope regarding this journal. In order for the paper to be appropriate for this journal I recommend addressing sustainability in the domain of business and corporate value as well as sustainability in the domain of social media and company value. This should be added in the first (Introduction) and second section. See additional details in the word document attached.

The main question of this research is how customers' reactions on social media affect the present and future value of a company. The topic is relevant and trendy and the paper adresses specific research gap which is elaborated in the Introduction part of the paper. The structure of the paper is appropriate. Methodology uses regression model analysis which is valid for stated hypotesis. References are up to date. Conclusion part should be improved. I suggest stating the limitations of the conducted research and possibilities for future research.

First of all, I would like to thank you for the possibility of reviewing this interesting paper that I have read with great interest.
The paper may have a clear interest associated to researchers from different scientific disciplines and, therefore, could have a notable repercussion in specialized scientific literature.
Why is this study necessary? should make clear arguments to explain what the originality and value of the proposed model is. This should be stated in the final paragraphs of introduction and conclusion sections.

After reviewing your paper once more, I can see that there is significant improvement. I recommend to add a paragraph in the second section where you highlight the relations between: sustainable business development, customer reaction, corporate value, providing value to customers, the role of social media in sustainable business, and the importance of developing customer loyalty. The paragraph could include references if applicable. I think that by adding this paragraph the paper will adequately fit within the scope of the journal.
