Dear Authors,
For the reporting part, I suggest you calculate and report The Fronell-Larcker criterion which is one of the most popular techniques used to check the discriminant validity of measurement models.

Authors` Response: Thank you for this. The current study has used the same Fornell-Larcker criterion for discriminant validity. Details of which can be found in Table 2.
Reviewer 2 Report
Overall, it is a well-written paper on important topic. I have following questions and suggestions.
1) It is unclear why hotel workers in Pakistan where chosen. Please explain why hotel workers as a group are particularly relevant and why Pakistan as country is relevant. Are findings generalizable for other areas and/or countries?
2) Figure 1 is unclear. It may happened while transforming file into pdf. Please correct it.
3) Please use more modest language in discussing findings. You write: " the empirical findings supported the H2 that abusive supervision (AS) is negatively related to employee-wellbeing (EWB)" (line 361). You either reject or fail to reject hypothesis. "Supported" hypothesis is unclear language. If you fail to reject hypothesis, then you can entertain a possibility of causal relationship between dependent and independent variable.

Authors` Response: Thank you for this. We have clearly mentioned it in the paper in the paticipants and sample section
2) Figure 1 is unclear. It may happened while transforming file into pdf. Please correct it.
Authors` Response: Thank you for this. We have attempted to enlarge it to make it more clear.

Authors` Response: Thank you very much for this. We have changed the term ‘supported’ with ‘accepted’
Reviewer 3 Report
The paper has a effective impact on the concept of employee well-being and it can be a good reference for future works, but it needs to improve more and use more review references.
The title of paper is clear and good, but the abstract needs to be rewritten according to the scientific methods, and the main results must be explained clearly.
Generally, the paper explained the concept of abusive supervision and individual organizational citizenship behaviour comperhensivly, but the theoretical background needs to be more focused.

Authors` Response: thank you for this. We have extended the abstract
Generally, the paper explained the concept of abusive supervision and individual organizational citizenship behaviour comprehensively, but the theoretical background needs to be more focused.
Authors` Response: Thank you for this. We have enhanced the section of the Reactance theory that is being utilized by the current study
