Comments and Suggestions for Authors

The subject of the paper is very interesting and timely addressed. Overall, the paper has more strengths than weaknesses which make it worthy of publishing after addressing the following issues:

1. The abstract should include some of the main results of the research.

2. The literature review could benefit from analyzing and referencing the following current research: https://doi.org/10.3390/logistics7010013

3. The presentation of the structure of the paper should be moved at the end of the introduction section.

4. Section 7 should include discussions of the results against already published research.

5. Many references from the reference section are not cited in-text.

Good luck!

Comments and Suggestions for Authors

This a good paper that transforms the operational problem of the agricultural product supply chain finance of commercial banks into a matching problem between the agricultural product supply chain finance model and customers under the constraint of serviceability. The suggestions are as follows.

1. Appendix A and B. How did the authors come out and verify the evaluation/score criteria in Appendix A and B?

2.p.18 6.3 Model solution algorithm design. As there are many methods to solve the multi-objective optimization problems, please give the reasons or refer to related papers why this paper suggests a weighted sum method is adopted to transform multi-objective optimization into single-objective optimization?

Comments and Suggestions for Authors

The authors should clearly state the research goal, questions, and methods, and discuss the limitations of their study in more detail. For example, the matching model is based on a number of assumptions, such as that all participants have perfect information and that there are no costs associated with matching. The study focuses on the Chinese context. It would be helpful to discuss how the findings of the study might be generalizable to other contexts. The authors could discuss how the index system could be improved to account for factors that are difficult to quantify, such as the quality of the relationship between the commercial bank and the agricultural producer.

The authors could provide more specific examples of research on agricultural product supply chain finance model that matches the needs of a particular agricultural producer at the operational level. This would help to illustrate the gaps in the existing literature and further highlight the marginal contribution of the current study.

The authors could also discuss the implications of their study for policymakers. For example, the study suggests that commercial banks need to have adequate serviceability in order to provide effective agricultural product supply chain finance. Policymakers could consider providing incentives for commercial banks to invest in their serviceability capabilities.

The authors note that the problem studied in the paper is related to a certain period of time (such as a week). This is an important consideration, as the optimal matching results may change over time as the preferences of the entities change. Therefore, it is important to periodically revisit the matching problem to ensure that the results are still optimal.

The authors could also present the general scheme for the "mode-capability-customer" matching degree index system and then provide an explanation.

Finally, the case study is limited to a single bank. It would be useful to see how the model performs in a larger sample of banks.
